摘  要:文章选取不同制造商的5种不同玻纤含量的玻纤材料进行偏轴拉伸试验,得到了5种材料在不同偏轴角度拉伸情况下的应力-应变响应、拉伸模量、拉伸强度、泊松比以及断裂应变等力学指标,并对比了5种材料拉伸模量和拉伸强度随拉伸偏轴角度的变化规律。利用45°的偏轴拉伸计算5种材料的弹性剪切模量,并与5种材料的各向同性结果进行对比,发现具有很大的差异,说明短纤维材料具有明显的各向异性。利用Hoffman判据建立了5种材料的损伤判据,与试验结果对比后发现:Hoffman建立的损伤判据对5种材料的适用性很好,可用于工程应用理论分析。Five kinds of glass fiber materials with different manufacturers and glass fiber con-tent are selected for off-axis tensile test.The stress-strain response,tensile modulus,tensile strength,Poisson's ratio,fracture strain and other mechanical indexes of the five materials under different off-axis angles are obtained.The variation laws of tensile modulus and tensile strength of the five materials with different off-axis angles are compared.The elastic shear modulus of five materials is calculated by 45°off-axis tension,and is compared with the isotropic results of five materials.It is found that there is a great difference,which further indicates that the short fiber material has obvious anisotropy.The damage criteria of five materials is established by using Hoffman criterion.After comparing with the test results,it is found that the damage criteria established by Hoffman are applicable to the five materials and can be used for engineering application theoretical analysis.
