摘 要:挂舵臂是轮船舵轴系船尾动力部分的重要部件,技术条件要求较高,其质量的好坏直接影响原油船的航行和航运安全。其重量大、轮廓尺寸大、结构复杂、壁厚不均匀,在铸造生产中工艺收得率偏低,极易产生壁厚尺寸偏差较大的质量问题。根据铸造厂多年生产此类型产品的经验,采取对铸件冒口解剖测量补缩余度,确定冒口尺寸的工艺改进措施,提高了挂舵臂工艺收得率;通过设计反变形、卡子支撑、提高检测手段以及过程测量控制等措施,解决了壁厚、裙边、筋板等尺寸偏差问题。工艺改进后提高了产品质量,降低了生产成本、提高了生产效率。The rudder horn is an important part of the stern power structure for the ship’s rudder-shaft system,which the quality will directly affect the navigation safety of crude oil tankers.Due to high weight,large overall dimension,complicated structure and uneven wall thickness,its production requires relatively high technical conditions.Therefore,in the casting production,its process yield is low,and the quality problem such as large wall thickness deviation is easily caused.In this paper,based on the foundry’s experience in producing this type of product for many years,the process improvement measure--determine the size of risers by dissecting the casting risers and measuring the feeding allowance was adopted to enhance the process yield of rudder horns:the measures such as pre-deformation design,support intervention,detection means improvement and process measurement control were employed to solve the dimensional deviation of wall thickness,skirts,ribs,etc.The results show that through the above process improvement measures,the product quality is improved,the production cost is reduced,the production efficiency is increased,and the improvement effect for rudder horn is obvious.
