镂空铸型对QT400-18组织和力学性能的影响

摘  要:本文研究了密实和镂空铸型对QT400-18组织和力学性能的影响。两种铸型浇注的QT400-18试块的基体组织、石墨平均尺寸、石墨数量都变化不大,但是球化率有差别,密实铸型的球化率为82%,镂空后的球化率为91%.用镂空铸型浇注的QT400-18试块的布氏硬度从152HBW提高至161HBW,抗拉强度从498 MPa提高至508 MPa,断后伸长率从17.7%提高到18.5%.本文的研究结果为铸件冷却速率的调控提供了一种新的思路。The effect of dense sand mold and hollow sand mold on microstructure and mechanical properties of QT400-Y25casting was studied. The matrix structure, average graphite size and graphite quantity of QT400-18 test block cast by two kinds of sand have little change, but the spheroidization rate is different. The spheroidization rate of test blocks obtained by dense sand type is82%, while that by hollow sand type is 91%. The hardness of QT400-18 test block with hollow sand casting increased from 152HBW to 161HBW, the tensile strength increased from 498 MPa to 508 MPa, and the elongation after fracture increased from 17.7% to18.5%.
