摘 要:为了验证目前铸造生产中常用孕育剂对球铁缩孔缩松缺陷的影响,选择4种孕育剂,即铈稀土孕育剂、硫氧孕育剂、低钡孕育剂(钡质量分数为0.8%)、镧稀土孕育剂,对经过了球化处理和包内硅铁孕育处理后的铁水进行再次孕育处理。利用PD-GD热分析系统分析样杯中铁水凝固曲线,并对热分析曲线参数以及金相和剖切实物进行了对比分析,判断这四种孕育剂对改善两种不同成分的球铁缩孔缩松的效果。结果表明,在铁水为亚共晶和共晶情况下,铈稀土孕育剂都具有较好的改善缩孔缩松的效果。Four inoculants, cerium rare earth inoculant, sulfur oxygen inoculant, low barium inoculant and lanthanum rare earth inoculant, were selected to verify their effects on shrinkage cavity, porosity and deficiency of ductile iron castings. PD-GD thermal analysis system was used to analyze the solidification curve of molten iron in the sample cup. The results show that both cerium and rare earth inoculants can improve the shrinkage and porosity of molten iron when it is hypoeutectic or eutectic.The solidification curve of molten iron in the sample cup was analyzed by using PD-GD thermal analysis system, and the parameters of the thermal analysis curve, metallography and section material were compared and analyzed to judge the effect of these four inoculants on improving the shrinkage cavity and porosity of nodular iron with two different components. The results show that both cerium and rare earth inoculants can improve the shrinkage and porosity of molten iron when it is hypoeutectic or eutectic.
