经济效益分析在大型医疗设备购置方面的应用

摘　　要：目的彩色多普勒设备作为常见的影像类检查设备,医院购置时需要进行科学的经济效益分析,来完善设备购置的合理性,提高设备运营效率.方法第一步利用净现值法计算单台彩色多普勒设备投资回收期,与基准投资回收期进行比较;第二步根据超声科目前运营效益指标,计算达到购置彩色多普勒设备要求的病人数量的增幅.结果投资回收期(2年)小于基准投资期(5年),但达到购置彩色多普勒设备要求的病人数量增幅较大,不符合医院发展规律,购置申请予以驳回.结论购置论证中经济效益分析应与临床实际工作结合,同时经济效益分析应全流程实施,使设备的管理更加精细化,提高医院服务能力.Objective Color Doppler equipment as a common impact inspection equipment,hospital purchase needs to carry out scientific economic benefit analysis,to improve the rationality of equipment purchase,and the efficiency of equipment operation.Methods In the first step,net present value method was used to calculate the payback period of a single color Doppler equipment,and compared with the benchmark payback period.In the second step,according to the current operating efficiency index of the ultrasound department,the increase of the number of patients who meet the requirements of the purchase of color Doppler equipment was calculated.Results The payback period of investment(2 years)was shorter than the benchmark investment period(5 years),but the number of patients meeting the requirements of color Doppler equipment increased significantly,which was not in line with the law of hospital development,and the purchase application was rejected.Conclusion The economic benefit analysis should be combined with clinical practice in purchase demonstration,and the economic benefit analysis should be carried out in the whole process to make the equipment management more refined and improve the hospital service ability.
