摘　　要：目的在病区快速部署无线电子纸床头卡系统.方法探索将物联网技术应用在电子纸床头卡上,避免外接电源及网线,并与医院信息系统进行数据对接,实现患者基本信息自动更新.选择某医院肿瘤病区作为试点研究对象,统计上线后1年内减少的与床头卡相关的工作量,并发放问卷调研其实际应用效果.结果系统可快速部署,降低基建改造成本;患者基本信息实时更新,有效避免了医护、护护、护患间沟通不及时、不准确等造成的信息延误和错误;每名责任护士日均能节约用于更换床头卡信息的时间超过1h.结论无线电子纸床头卡的使用能有效减少资源浪费、减少护理人员的工作量.Objective To quickly deploy wireless electronic paper bedside card system in the ward.Methods Explore the application of the Internet of Things technology to the electronic paper bedside card,avoid external power supply and network cables,and perform data docking with the hospital information system to realize automatic update of basic patient information.The tumor ward of a certain hospital was selected as the experimental research object,and the workload related to bedside cards reduced within 1 year after the launch was counted,and the actual application effect was investigated.Results The system can be deployed quickly to reduce the cost of infrastructure reconstruction;the basic patient information is updated in real time,which effectively avoids information delays and errors caused by untimely and inaccurate communication between doctors and nurses,nurses and patients;It can save each responsible nurse’s time for replacing the bedside card information by more than lh per day.Conclusion The use of wireless electronic paper bedside cards can effectively reduce waste of resources and reduce the workload of nursing staff,which is suitable for rapid promotion in hospitals.
