摘　　要：目的回顾并总结新生儿黄疸治疗箱常见故障的处置方法并制定针对性预防性维护方案.方法统计某医院2016-2019年新生儿黄疸治疗箱的故障情况,介绍频发故障的解决方案.结合故障处置和使用情况,制定预防性维护方案并执行.结果新生儿黄疸治疗箱的频发故障主要有光路故障,风道故障和温度探头故障三大类.针对这三类故障制定预防性维护方案并执行后,故障数量明显下降,医疗安全得到了有效保障.结论通过总结新生儿黄疸治疗箱常见故障的排查和维修方法,针对性开展预防性维护,可以维持设备稳定运行,保证治疗有效性,提高医疗效率,确保患儿人身安全.Objective To review and summarize the treatment methods of frequent failures of neonatal jaundice treatment boxes and allow the development of more tailored programs.Methods From 2016 to 2019,the failures of neonatal jaundice treatment boxes in a hospital were counted,the solutions to frequent failures were analyzed.The preventive maintenance plans were formulated and implemented in combination with failure handling and usage.Results The frequent failures of neonatal jaundice treatment box mainly include optical path failure,air duct failure and temperature probe failure.After the preventive maintenance plan was formulated and implemented for these three types of faults,the number of faults decreased significantly,and medical safety was effectively guaranteed.Conclusion By summarizing the troubleshooting and maintenance methods of its common failures,which carrying out preventive maintenance,the stable operation of the equipment can be maintained and the effectiveness of the treatment can be guaranteed.It can also improve the efficiency of medical treatment,and ensure the children personal safety.
