摘 要:针对会展类建筑内的给排水设计难点进行详细剖析,对超大型会展建筑中供水泵房的设置原则进行论证,从功能业态、建筑体型特点、储水量、供水区域的管道配置、水质保障等多方面进行对比,论证出与建筑规模体型相契合的泵房设置原则;对比不同大型会展建筑内展沟设置方式、展位箱配比数据、用水特点,结合本项目对展沟的形式进行深入研究,从运营维护便利性、使用可靠性、前期投入成本等多方面对比,选配出不同于目前会展建筑中的新型展沟做法;梳理大型地下室场地建筑排水面临的困境,从地下环隧、地铁盾构、大地下室底盘、市政接管口标高受限等多方面入手,分析场地排水的难题及解决的办法,为类似超大会展建筑的给排水设计提供经验和技术借鉴。The difficulties and details of water supply and drainage design in exhibition buildings are elaborated.The domestic water pump room design principle for fitting building size is demonstrated,basing on the practice of pump design in large-scale exhibition building,resulting from multi-aspects comparisons including functional format,building body type characteristics,water storage capacity,supply area pipeline configuration,water quality guarantee,etc.The different large-scale exhibition buildings are compared from the exhibition ditch setting methods,the booth box ratio data and the exhibition water characteristics.The new exhibition ditch practice is selected basing on the multi-faceted comparison of operation and maintenance convenience,reliability of use and premise input costs.The exhibition ditch practice is distinguished from all exhibition buildings in current markets.The problems and solutions of construction drainage in large-scale basement sites are sorted,resulting from underground ring tunnels,subway shield machines,large basement chassis,and municipal takeover port height restrictions.This paper provide experience and technical reference for the water supply and drainage design in similar large-scale exhibition buildings.
