摘　　要：数字经济健康发展对于推动双循环新发展格局具有重要意义。移动支付是数字经济发展的一部分,本文利用2013-2021年季度数据,借助VAR模型研究移动支付对我国城乡居民消费的影响。结果表明:移动支付发展与我国城乡居民消费存在长期均衡关系,且移动支付对城乡消费具有促进作用;在对比城乡消费影响作用时,发现移动支付发展对城镇居民消费的促进作用要高于农村居民,但对两者都呈现持续长久的正向冲击。为推动移动支付发展,扩大移动支付对我国居民消费的影响作用。基于此,应促进移动支付创新发展;加大移动支付在农村地区的普及;加大监管力度,健全法律法规体系,确保用户信息和资金安全。The healthy development of the digital economy is important to promote the new development pattern of the double cycle. Mobile payment is part of the development of the digital economy, and this paper uses quarterly data from 2013 to 2021 to study the impact of mobile payment on the consumption of urban and rural residents in China with the help of the VAR model. The results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between mobile payment development and urban and rural residents’ consumption in China, and mobile payment has a promoting effect on urban and rural consumption;when comparing the effects of urban and rural consumption, it is found that the promoting effect of mobile payment development on urban residents’ consumption is higher than that of rural residents, but it presents a continuous and long-lasting positive impact on both. To promote the development of mobile payment and expand the influential role of mobile payment on China’s consumption, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: promote the development of mobile payment innovation;increase the popularity of mobile payment in rural areas;increase supervision, improve the legal and regulatory system, and ensure the safety of user information and funds.
