摘  要:目的探讨干式生化分析仪与传统湿化学分析仪检测电解质结果的可比性。方法参照CLSI EP9-A3文件开展方法学比对,参考系统选择罗氏Cobas c701型全自动生化分析仪,奥森多V5600型全自动生化分析仪作为待测系统,2个系统(干式生化分析仪与传统湿化学分析仪)分别测定40份临床标本。采用广义极端学生化偏差(ESD)法检测离群值,绘制偏差图和散点图判断数据特点。利用偏差图初步估算偏倚,拟合回归方程并计算医学决定水平处的偏差。结果ESD法检查未找到离群值点。2个系统测定结果相关性良好(R^(2)≥0.95),各项目偏倚均小于可接受标准。结论干式生化分析仪与传统湿化学分析仪检测电解质结果无明显差异,具有可比性。Objective To discuss the comparability of electrolyte detection results by dry biochemical analyzer and traditional wet chemical analyzer.Methods The methodological comparison was carried out according to the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI)EP9-A3 document,the Roche Cobasc701 automatic biochemical analyzer was selected as the reference system,and the Ortho VITROS 5600 automatic biochemical analyzer was selected as the under-test system,and a total of 40 clinical specimens were measured respectively by two systems(dry biochemical analyzer and traditional wet chemistry analyzer).The generalized extreme studenization deviate(ESD)method was used to detect outliers,and bias and scatter plots were plotted to determine the characteristics of the data.The bias was preliminarily estimated by using the deviation diagram,and the regression equation was fitted and the deviation at the medical decision level was calculated.Results The outlier was no found by the ESD method.The results of the two systems were well correlated(R^(2)≥0.95),and the bias of each item was less than the acceptable standard.Conclusion There was no obvious difference between dry biochemical analyzer and traditional wet chemical analyzer in the results of electrolyte detection,which is comparable.
