神经科医护人员对脑卒中认知障碍管理知识及行为的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查神经科医护人员对脑卒中认知障碍(PSCI)患者管理知识和行为现状,并分析其影响因素,为管理者制定系统性的管理方案提供参考,提升医护人员对PSCI患者的管理水平。方法采用便利抽样法,对江苏省3家收治PSCI患者的三级综合性医院的163名神经科医护人员进行问卷调查。结果医护人员对PSCI患者管理相关知识得分为(7.01±1.50)分,整体处于较低水平;行为得分为(30.76±6.32)分,处于中等水平。回归分析结果显示:医院级别和接受PSCI患者管理相关培训是医护人员对PSCI患者管理知识水平的影响因素(P<0.05);医院级别、专科年限、接受PSCI患者管理相关培训是影响医护人员对PSCI患者管理行为水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论神经科医护人员对PSCI患者管理知识水平偏低,行为干预处于中等水平。医院管理者应结合最佳证据对医护人员开展培训,强化培训体系,提升医护人员对PSCI患者管理整体水平。Objective To investigate the status of manage knowledge and behavior of patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI)by neurological medical staff,and analyze its influencing factors,to provide reference for managers to formulate systematic management programs and improve the management level of medical staff in PSCI patients.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 163 neurological medical staff from three tertiary general hospitals admitting PSCI patients in Jiangsu Province,by using the convenience sampling method.Results The relevant manage knowledge score of medical staff in PSCI patients was(7.01±1.50)scores,which was at a low level.The practice score was(30.76±6.32)scores,which was in the middle level.The results of the regression analysis showed that the hospital level and receiving the training related to the PSCI patients'management were the factors influencing the medical staff on the knowledge level of PSCI patients management(P<0.05);the hospital level,specialist years and receiving the training related to the PSCI patients management were the factors influencing the medical staff on the practice level of PSCI patients management(P<0.05).Conclusion Neurological medical staff have a low level of manage knowledge about the PSCI patients,behavioral interventions are at moderate levels.Hospital administrators should train medical staff based on the best evidence,strengthen the training system,and improve medical staff'overall level of PSCI patients'management.
