临床护士心电图基础知识与识图水平现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解临床护士对心电图理论知识的掌握和心电图识图水平,为心电图教学方向及重难点划分提供依据,积极探索提升临床护士心电图识图水平方法。方法2021年2月14日至3月10日随机抽取重庆市各级医院的400名临床护士进行调查,采用自制调查问卷,内容包含心电图基础知识、图片识别能力测试及影响心电图学习因素等。结果400名临床护士的心电图基础理论得分[6(4,8)分]和识图答题得分[40(25,55)分]均较低,对不同医院等级、不同学历、临床带教护士与否、心内专科护士与否分类比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心内科护士对致命性心律失常心电图识别能力最高,与ICU、其他科室护士比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论临床护士对心电图基础知识的掌握与识图水平整体不高,应积极采取相应的措施提升临床护士心电图知识水平。Objective To understand the theoretical knowledge and map recognition level of electrocardiogram(ECG)of clinical nurses,to provide a basis for the future teaching direction and the classification of key points on ECG,and to actively explore ways to improve the map recognition level of ECG in clinical nurses.Methods A total of 400 clinical nurses were randomly selected from all levels of hospitals in Chongqing for investigation from February 14th to March 10th,2021.A self-made questionnaire was conducted,including the basic knowledge of ECG,map recognition ability test,and influencing factors of ECG learning,etc.Results The score of the basic theory of ECG[6(4,8)scores]and map recognition[40(25,55)scores]of the 400 clinical nurses were all low,and there were statistically significant differences between different grades of hospitals,different educational backgrounds,whether the clinical nurse was in charge or not,and whether the nurse was a cardiac specialist or not(P<0.05).Nurses in the department of cardiology had the highest map recognition ability of ECG for fatal arrhythmia,and the differences were statistically significant compared with nurses in ICU and other departments(P<0.001).Conclusion The basic knowledge of ECG and the level of map recognition of clinical nurses are not high on the whole,so corresponding measures should be taken to improve the knowledge of ECG of clinical nurses.
