探讨青光眼白内障联合术后干眼症患者选用人工泪液治疗的价值

摘　　要：目的:分析人工泪液在青光眼白内障联合术后干眼症治疗中的价值.方法:用2020年3月-2021年1月院内做青光眼白内障联合术后出现干眼症的68例患者,随机均分两组,各34例.参照组用常规治疗,观察组用人工泪液治疗,比较相关情况、不良情况、生活质量.结果:治疗后,观察组比参照组相关情况更佳;参照组比观察组不良情况多;观察组比参照组生活质量评分高,有数据差异(P<0.05).结论:人工泪液能滋养眼睛,从外部保持眼部湿润,相关情况等较好,治疗价值高,应推广.Objective:To analyze the value of artificial tears in the treatment of glaucoma and cataract combined with postoperative dry eye.MethodsiFrom March 2020 to January 2021,68 patients with dry eye after glaucoma and cataract combined surgery were used in the hospital,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 34cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with artificial tears to compare related conditions,adverse conditions,and quality of life.Results:After treatment,the observation group had better related conditions than the reference group;the reference group had more bad conditions than the observation group;the observation group had a higher quality of life score than the reference group,and there were data differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Artificial tears can nourish the eyes and keep the eyes moist from the outside.The relevant conditions are good,the treatment value is high,and it should be promoted.
