摘　　要：目前心理健康已经成为评估健康的重要标准,并且心理健康与生活的质量和工作效率有着密切的关系.随着预防与康复医学的不断发展,"三位一体"的大卫生观逐步走进人们的视野,康复护士在康复工作中承担的角色越来越重要.作为一名优秀的康复护士,不但应扎实掌握关于康复的理论知识与操作技能,掌握内、外、妇、儿专业护理知识和技能,还应掌握较强的社会、心理及人文知识,能与病人及其家庭成员有较好的沟通.大量、繁琐的工作对康复护士的职业心理健康和生活质量产生了严重影响,我们需要采取必要的措施,来改善康复护士的工作心理和健康状况,提高其生活质量.Mental health has become an important standard to assessing health,and mental health is closely related to the quality of life and work efficiency.With the continuous development of prevention and rehabilitation medicine,the"trinity"health concept gradually enters people's vision,and the role of rehabilitation nurses plays an increasingly important role in rehabilitation work.As an excellent rehabilitation nurse,she should not only firmly master the theoretical knowledge and operation skills about rehabilitation,master the professional nursing knowledge and skills of internal,external,women and children,but also master the strong social,psychological and humanistic knowledge,and have good communication with patients and their family members.A large and tedious work has a serious impact on the occupational mental health and quality of life of rehabilitation nurses,and we need to take necessary measures to improve the working mental and health of rehabilitation nurses and improve their quality of life.
