摘  要:目的:分析献血者血液筛查中核酸检测(NAT)、酶免检测(ELISA)的结果差异性.方法:选取血站献血者入组小组,共计抽取2020.5-2021.2期间献血者均实施酶免检测(ELISA)共计24446人、核酸检测(NAT)共计24731人,对比两种检测结果后的乙肝病毒、艾滋病毒及丙肝病毒检出率.结果:酶免检测对于艾滋病毒及丙肝病毒检出率相比核酸检测更高,指标差异性明显(P<0.05),核酸检测对于乙肝病毒窗口期检出率较酶免检测偏高,但不具备指标差异性(P>0.05).结论:献血者血液筛查过程中应用酶免检测和核酸检测相结合的模式实施病毒筛查准确率更高,避免因隐匿性感染,窗口期等因素造成的漏检,有效提高血液安全.Objective:to analyze the difference of nucleic acid test(NAT)and enzyme immunoassay(ELISA)in blood screening of blood donors.Methods:a total of 24446 donors and 24731 nucleic acid tests(NAT)were selected from the donors during the 2020.5-2021.2 Period.The total detection rate of HBV,HIV and HCV after the two test results was comPared with those of the two test results.Results:the detecrion rate of HIV and HCV was higher than that of nucleic acid detection,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The detecrion rate of HBV in window Phase was higher than that of enzyme immunoassay,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:in the Process of blood screening for blood donors,the combination of enzyme immunoassay and nucleic acid detection has a higher accuracy in virus screening,avoids missed detection caused by hidden infection,window Period and other factors,and effectively imProves blood safety.
