浅谈中药炮制对药性、药效的影响及临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析不同中药炮制工艺方法,对药物药性、药效的影响,及中药炮制在药物临床应用中的价值.方法:本研究选择两组在本院接受中药药物治疗的患者作为研究样本,分别给予对照组(147例)患者采用未经炮制中药药物治疗、观察组(147例)使用经过炮制的中药药物治疗;所有样本在本院接受中药药物治疗的时间,为2020年9月至2021年9月;研究指标选择治疗有效率和药物不良反应发生率.结果:观察组患者的临床治疗有效率高于对照组;观察组患者中,出现各类不良药物反应的患者少于对照组,药物不良反应发生率更低.数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在实施中药药物治疗的临床实践过程中,通过对中药药物给予合理恰当的炮制工艺,能够更好地发挥药物药性和理化性质,不但能明显增强对患者相关疾病的疗效,而且还可以降低药物的毒副作用、减少患者发生药物不良反应的机率,能为患者的药物治疗安全、提高预后提供有效保障.Objective Discuss and analyze the influence of different TCM processing processes,methods on drug nature and efficacy,and the value of TCM processing in the drug clinical application.Methods In this study,two patients treated with TCM medicine in our hospital were selected as study samples,which were treated with control group(147)and treated with processed TCM medicine in observation group(147);All samples were treated with traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021;Study indicators were selected for treatment efficiency and the incidence of adverse drug effects.Results Clinical treatment was more efficient than control patients;In the observed group,fewer patients had various adverse drug reactions than in the control group,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was lower.Data contrasts were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical practice of Chinese medicine drug treatment,by giving reasonable and appropriate processing process of Chinese medicine drugs,can better play to drug and physical and chemical properties,not only can significantly enhance the efficacy of patients related diseases,but also can reduce the side effects of drugs,reduce the chance of adverse drug reactions,for patients'drug treatment safety,improve the prognosis to provide effective guarantee.
