浅析突发公共卫生事件应急救援中护理人员素质的现状与对策

摘　　要：突发公共卫生事件的应急救援中,医务人员是应急救援的重要组成部分,为医学救援提供技术支撑与保障.护理人员占医务人员近一半的比例,是参与医学救援的主力军之一.近年来,突发公共卫生事件频发,特别是2020年新冠疫情的爆发,应急救援中暴露出急救专科护士缺乏、护理人员受教育程度不对等、护理装备不完善、灾害医学教育背景不足、急救应变意识欠缺、心理素质相对较低等方面的不足和问题.针对此种现状,提出加强应急救援护理队伍建设、强化应急救援继续教育、完善护理装备、加强培训与现场演练、提升护理人员应急救援能力等对策,以提高护理人员应急救援的综合素质和整体水平.In the emergency rescue of public health emergencies,medical personnel are an important part of emergency rescue,providing technical support and guarantee for medical rescue.Nursing staff accounts for nearly half of medical staff and is one of the main forces involved in medical rescue.In recent years,frequent emergent public health events,especially new outbreaks,2020 emergency exposed in the emergency rescue of the lack of specialist nurses,nursing level of education unequal,nursing equipment is not perfect,lack of disaster medical education background,first aid strain lack of consciousness,the shortage and problems of psychological quality is relatively low.In view of this situation,countermeasures are put forward,such as strengthening the construction of emergency rescue nursing team,strengthening the continuing education of emergency rescue,perfecting nursing equipment,strengthening training and field drill,enhancing the emergency rescue ability of nursing staff,so as to improve the comprehensive quality and overall level of emergency rescue of nursing staff.
