无缝隙护理在老年冠心病患者护理中的应用及对心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察在老年冠心病患者的护理中,无缝隙护理措施的应用效果以及对心功能的影响.方法:取样2021年6月—2021年12月收治老年冠心病患者72例,动态化随机分组,采用一般护理和无缝隙护理两种方式分析具体护理效果,参照组/36例(一般护理),研究组/36例(无缝隙护理),对比两组老年冠心病患者的临床效果和对心功能的影响.结果:结合分析数据得出,研究组老年冠心病患者护理效果(91.67%)显著优于参照组(66.67%),P<0.05.且研究组患者心功能评分高于参照组,P<0.05.结论:无缝隙护理在老年冠心病患者护理中,能够保障治疗护理的有效性提升,且对患者心功能影响较好.Objective:To observe the application effect of seamless nursing measures in the nursing of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and its influence on cardiac function.Methods:Sampling on June 6,2021-December 2021 treated 72 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)dynamic random grouping,using general nursing and seamless analysis of specific nursing effect in two ways,reference group/36 cases(general nursing),the team/36 cases(seamless care),and compared the clinical effect of two groups of elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and its influence on heart function.Results:Combined with the analysis data,the nursing effect of the study group(91.67%)was significantly better than that of the reference group(66.67%),P<0.05.The cardiac function score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Seamless nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease,can guarantee the effectiveness of treatment and nursing,and has a good influence on the patient*s cardiac function.
