摘　　要：优化设计了一新型真空灭弧室产品中的静端盖零件结构,制订了相应的加工工艺方案并配套设计制造工装。企业大批量生产实践应用表明,该生产工艺成熟稳定,有助于提高产品质量,对类似零件的结构设计与加工具有一定的参考价值。The structure of the static end cap in a new type of vacuum interrupter product was optimized,and the corresponding processing technology plan was formulated and the tool was designed and manufactured.The practical application of mass production indicates that the processing technology is mature and stable and conducive to the improvement of product quality and thus has a certain reference value for the structural design and processing of the similar parts.
