摘　　要：目的针对现有的无创面罩易造成压疮的问题,该研究设计了一种新型防压疮无创面罩,以解决无创面罩的面部压疮问题.方法该装置包括面罩主体、进气口、泡沫敷料层、缓冲减压气垫层、气垫减压层、缓冲减压气垫层进气通道等组成,使用无创呼吸机吸气时,气体压力可以进入主气道及分散入缓冲减压气垫层;呼气时,缓冲减压气垫层可以通过排气孔慢慢排气.结果该无创面罩有效解决了以往无创面罩使用时持续对面部持续施加压力造成的压疮问题和使用自制减压敷料造成的面部不适情况,同时保证治疗效果.结论新型防压疮无创面罩有助于提高患者舒适度、保证治疗效果和预防面部压疮,具有临床应用价值.Objective Aiming at the problem of pressure ulcers caused by the existing non-invasive mask,a new non-inva-sive mask for pressure sores was designed in this study to solve the problem of facial pressure sores caused by non-invasive masks.Methods The device consists of a main body of the mask,an air inlet,a foam dressing layer,a cushioning and decompression air cushion layer,an air cushion and decompression air cushion layer,and an air inlet channel of the cushioning and decompression air cushion layer.As you exhale,the cushioning and decompression air cushion can slowly exhaust through the vent.Results The non-invasive mask effectively solved the pressure ulcers caused by the continuous pressure on the face and the facial discomfort caused by the use of self-made decompression dressing,and ensured the therapeutic effect.Conclusion The new type of non-invasive mask for preventing pressure ulcers can improve the comfort of patients,ensure the therapeutic effect and prevent facial pressure uleers,and has clinical application value.
