摘　　要：目的研制一种操作简易且无需人力搬运的转运车,以减轻搬运患者上下平车这一环节的人力资源浪费以及给患者造成伤害.方法该转运车主要包括支撑框架和托举床框两大部分组成.支撑框架包括横向底框和竖向侧框,竖向侧框上有垂直导轨、驱动部件、蓄电池、控制器以及滑动装置,横向底框的底部有万向轮;托举床框上有托举床单.该转运车整体框架采用不锈钢方形钢管焊接组成,托举床单由帆布制成.结果该转运车操作全过程仅需1人,有效解决了在平车和检查台面转运过程中需要多名家属来回搬动患者浪费人力的问题,且减少了搬运过程中患者的痛苦.结论该转运车操作简单,制作简单,成本低,能够减少人力资源的浪费,应用前景广阔.Objective A transport wagon is simple to operate and without manpower to reduce the waste of human resources in loading and unloading the truck and causing harm to patients.Methods The platform wagon includes two parts,a supporting frame and a lifting bed frame.The supporting frame comprises a vertical side frame and a horizontal bottom frame,the vertical side frame is composed of a vertical guide rail,a driving component,a storage battery,a controller and a sliding device,the horizontal bottom frame has a universal wheel;the lift bed frame has a lift sheet.The structure of the platform wagon is made of stainless steel square tubes,and the lifting sheet is made of canvas.Results One man can easy to operate the platform wagon which effectively solved the problem of the waste of manpower in the transfer process and reduced the pain of the patients.Conclusion The platform wagon is easy to operate with simple production and low cost.It can reduce the waste of human resources,with a broad application prospect.
