摘 要:通过热锻+固溶处理制备了具有3种晶粒形态(细小、粗大和伸长)的HR3C钢,研究了其在700℃时效500~2000h后的显微组织、析出相形貌、硬度和冲击韧性,探讨了晶粒形态对其时效脆性的影响。结果表明:具有粗大晶粒的HR3C钢晶粒尺寸分布均匀,M_(23)C_(6)碳化物沿晶界连续析出,硬度及冲击韧度低,时效后呈脆性断裂;具有细小晶粒的HR3C钢晶粒尺寸分布均匀,M_(23)C_(6)碳化物在晶界呈链状分布,硬度和冲击韧度较高,时效后呈脆性和韧性混合断裂;具有伸长晶粒的HR3C钢晶粒尺寸分布不均匀,M_(23)C_(6)碳化物在晶界分布较不连续,硬度和冲击韧度高,时效后呈韧性断裂。HR3Csteels with three grain morphologies(fine,coarse and elongated)were prepared by hot forging and solution treatment.The microstructure,precipitation morphology,hardness and impact toughness were investigated after aging at 700℃for 500-2000h,and the effect of grain morphology on aging brittleness was discussed.The results show that HR3Csteel with coarse grains had uniform grain size distribution,and M_(23)C_(6) carbides continuously precipitated along grain boundaries.The steel had low hardness and impact toughness,and exhibited brittle fracture after aging.HR3Csteel with fine grains had uniform grain size distribution,M_(23)C_(6) carbides were distributed in chains at grain boundaries.The steel had higher hardness and impact toughness,and exhibited a mixed fracture of brittleness and ductility after aging.HR3Csteel with elongated grains had an uneven grain size distribution,and M_(23)C_(6) carbides had a discontinuous distribution grain boundaries.The steel had high hardness and impact toughness,and exhibited ductile fracture after aging.
