先天性色素痣合并异物肉芽肿一例

摘　　要：患者女,30岁,右侧耳前黑褐色斑块30年,伴局部不适感2年。病理检查示:真表皮交界处和真皮浅层可见散在及成巢的痣细胞,真皮深层可见大量混合炎细胞浸润。结合患者的病史、临床特点和组织病理检查,诊断为先天性色素痣合并异物肉芽肿,予以手术切除及皮瓣转移修复术,术后愈合佳。A 30-year-old female patient presented with black-brown plaque on the right preauricular area for 30 years,and local discomfort for 2 years.Pathological examination showed scattered and nested nevus cells in the dermis junction and superficial dermis,and a large number of mixed inflammatory cells infiltrated in the deep dermis.Combined with the patient’s medical history,clinical characteristics and histopathological examination,the patient was diagnosed as congenital pigmented nevus complicated with foreign body granuloma.Surgical resection and flap transfer repair were performed,and postoperative healing was good.
