摘　　要：目的探索电动微针联合中药提取物治疗中重度雄激素性脱发长期治疗的有效性和安全性。方法男性患者口服非那雄胺,外用5%米诺地尔,域发医用护理包电动微针疗法每周一次;女性患者口服螺内酯或炔雌醇环丙孕酮片,局部外用2%米诺地尔搽剂,域发医用护理包电动微针疗法每周一次。患者接受上述治疗至少4个月以上,具体疗程以发量患者满意为标准。结果17位患者中,16位接受治疗4-6月后即获得满意效果终止治疗,占比94%。随着治疗次数增加,毛发根数呈增多趋势,且组间毛发根数存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论电动微针联合中药提取物对中重度雄激素性脱发长期治疗效果明确,治疗期间患者可以获得持续受益。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of electric microneedling combined with traditional Chinese medicine extracts in the treatment of moderate and severe androgenetic alopecia.Methods Male patients were treated with oral finasteride,topical 5%minoxidil,and electric micro-needling therapy with a medical care package from Yufa once a week;female patients were treated with oral spironolactone or ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone tablets,and topical 2%minoxidil Dil liniment,Yufa medical care package electric microneedling therapy once a week.Patients received the above treatment for at least 4 months,and the specific course of treatment was based on satisfactory hair volume.Results Among the 17 patients,16 received satisfactory results after 4-6 months of treatment and terminated the treatment,accounting for 94%.With the increase of the number of treatments,the number of hair roots increased,and there was a statistical difference in the number of hair roots between the groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Electric microneedling combined with traditional Chinese medicine extracts has a clear effect on the long-term treatment of moderate to severe androgenetic alopecia,and patients can obtain continuous benefits during the treatment.
