摘　　要：目的 研讨隆乳手术患者实施快速康复外科(ERAS)护理的效果。方法 选取2019年6月-2021年6月在我院整形烧伤科行隆乳手术的患者66例,按照护理模式归为两组,每组33例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组基于对照组条件实施ERAS护理,比较两组术后恢复指标、疼痛程度、并发症以及护理满意度。结果 观察组术后拔管时间与住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后6、12及24h的VAS疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发生并发症的患者总占比(6.06%)低于对照组(24.24%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对护理工作的总满意度(96.97%)高于对照组(75.76%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对隆乳手术患者实施ERAS护理,能够有效缓解术后疼痛,减少并发症发生,促进患者术后恢复,并可提高其满意度。Objective To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery (ERAS) nursing on patients undergoing breast augmentation surgery and its impact on pain.Methods 66 patients who underwent breast augmentation surgery in the plastic and burn department of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were divided into two groups according to the nursing mode,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given eras nursing based on the conditions of the control group.The postoperative recovery indexes,pain degree,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups..Results The extubation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).The VAS pain scores at 6,12 and 24 hours after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total proportion of patients with complications in the observation group (6.06%) was lower than that in the control group (24.24%),which was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing work in the observation group (96.97%) was higher than that in the control group (75.76%),which was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS nursing for breast augmentation patients can effectively alleviate postoperative pain,reduce complications,promote postoperative recovery and improve their satisfaction.
