摘　　要：目的探讨分级健康指导对再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者感染的预防作用及生活质量的影响。方法采取便利抽样法选取郑州大学第一附属医院2017年6月—2020年6月收治的90例AA患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为干预组与对照组,每组各45例。对照组进行常规护理,干预组在此基础上进行分级健康指导,比较两组患者的感染发生率和生活质量得分。结果干预组的感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,干预组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分级健康指导对AA患者感染有一定预防作用,并能提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of stratification health guidance on infection prevention and quality of life in patients with aplastic anemia(AA).Methods From June 2017 to June 2020,a total of 90 AA patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected by convenience sampling as the research object.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the intervention group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the intervention group carried out stratification health guidance on this basis.The incidence of infection and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of infection in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Stratification health guidance has a certain preventive effect on infection in AA patients,and can improve the quality of life of patients.
