摘　　要：本文对国内外现有的灾害护理管理及培训模型进行总结,分析各模型的特点及应用现状,以期为护理人员尽早识别灾害风险,确立灾害发生各阶段的工作重点,及时应对不同环境下的各种灾害,制订灾害护理应急管理流程及培训方案提供参考依据。This article summarizes the existing disaster nursing management and training models at home and abroad,analyzes the characteristics and application status of each model,so as to provide a reference for nurses to identify disaster risks as soon as possible,establish the work focus of each stage of disaster occurrence,and timely respond to various disasters in different environments,and formulate disaster nursing emergency management procedures and training programs.
