抗组胺药在皮肤科病区的应用现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解浙江中医药大学附属杭州市中医院皮肤科住院患者抗组胺药的应用情况,以促进该类药物的合理使用。方法通过医院信息系统收集该院2019年1~12月皮肤科使用抗组胺药的住院患者病历资料共295份,药师对抗组胺药物的使用情况和合理性进行分析。结果295份病历记录的患者用药涉及该院10个品种、品规(第一代3个、第二代7个)的抗组胺药,用药以第二代为主,尤以性价比较低的枸地氯雷他定片应用最普遍,抗组胺药不合理应用包括,适应证不适宜151例、联用依据不足8例和给药剂量不适宜1例。结论该院皮肤科抗组胺药的应用在适应证、联合用药指征、用法用量和品种选择上存在问题,合理管控此类药物的使用十分必要。Objective To understand the application of antihistamines in dermatological inpatients in Hangzhou TCM Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University to promote the rational use of such drugs.Methods A total of 295 medical records of inpatients using antihistamines in the dermatology department of the hospital from January to December 2019 were collected through the hospital information system,and the use and rationality of antihista-mines by pharmacists were analyzed.Results The 295 cases involved 10 varieties of antihistamines in the hospital(3 in the first generation and 7 in the second generation),and the second generation antihistamines were mainly used,among which less cost–effective desloratadine citrate disodium tablets were the most commonly used.The irrational application of antihistamines included 151 cases with unsuitable indications,8 cases with insufficient combination basis and 1 case with unsuitable dosage.Conclusion There are problems in the application of antihistamines in the dermatology department of the hospital in terms of indications,indications of combined medication,usage and dosage,and selection of varieties.It is necessary to rationally control the use of such drugs.
