摘 要:为了探究工程陶瓷磨削力的影响因素及其显著性,采用金刚石砂轮对氧化铝陶瓷进行平面磨削加工实验。以正交实验,利用极差分析确定了砂轮线速度 v_(s)、工件进给速度 v_(w)、磨削深度 a_(p)对法向磨削力、切向磨削力影响的显著性,依次为 a_(p)、v_(w)、v_(s);同时获得了优选方案,即当 v_(s)=30 m/s、a_(p)=10 μm、v_(w)=300 mm/min时,法向磨削力、切向磨削力最小,分别为9.07 N、3.40 N。以简单单因素实验,探究了工艺参数对磨削力、磨削力比以及比磨削能的影响规律,并剖析其成因。研究结果为工程陶瓷的磨削加工提供了一定的理论依据。In order to explore the influence factors and remarkableness of grinding force of engineering ceramics,the surface grinding experiment of alumina ceramics was carried out by diamond grinding wheel.Based on the orthogonal experiment,the influence of grinding wheel linear speed v_(s),workpiece feed speed v_(w) and grinding depth a_(p)on the normal grinding force and tangential grinding force is determined by range analysis,which are a_(p),v_(w),v_(s).At the same time,the optima scheme is obtained,that is,when v_(s)=30 m/s,a_(p)=10 μm,v_(w)=300 mm/min,the normal grinding force and tangential grinding force are the smallest,9.07 N and 3.40 N,respectively.The effects of process parameters on grinding force,grinding force ratio and specific grinding energy were investigated by simple single factor experiments,and the causes were analyzed.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the grinding of engineering ceramics.
