基于广义力学模型的《伤寒论》太阳病辨证要点挖掘研究

摘　　要：目的探索《伤寒论》太阳病的辨证要点,以及使用信息技术分析中医理论性古籍的方法路径。方法以《伤寒论》“辨太阳病脉证并治”章节条文为原始文本进行知识标引,形成知识图谱。采用广义力学模型(GMM)获得太阳病知识图谱中各节点的重要性,并进行聚类分析,以重要性高的症状集合作为太阳病的辨证要点。结果共获得1192个节点,24个关系,2986条三元组。通过GMM获得前30位节点重要性,对其中24个症状节点和附加节点进行聚类分析,得出发热、恶寒、脉浮、汗出4个症状。结论通过GMM发现了太阳病最重要的4个症状。以知识图谱为研究对象,采用无监督模型分析太阳病主证的可行性较高,可用于中医理论性古籍的研究。Objective To explore the main points of syndrome differentiation of Taiyang Disease in Shang Han Lun(Treatise on Febrile Diseases)as well as the method of using deep learning technology to study theoretical ancient books of TCM.Methods The chapters of Bian Taiyang Bing Mai Zheng Bing Zhi in Shang Han Lun were used as the original text to form Taiyang Disease knowledge map.The importance of each node in Taiyang Disease knowledge map was calculated using the generalized mechanics model(GMM)and cluster analysis was performed.The symptoms with high importance were used as the key points of the syndrome differentiation of Taiyang Disease.Results A total of 1192 nodes,24 relationships,2986 triplet groups were obtained.The importance of the top 30 nodes was obtained through the GMM,and 24 symptom nodes and additional nodes were clustered and analyzed to obtain 4 symptoms of fever,cold,floating pulse,and sweating.Conclusion The 4 most important symptoms of Taiyang Disease are discovered through GMM.Taking the knowledge map as the research object,it is highly feasible to use the unsupervised model to analyze the main syndromes of Taiyang Disease,and it can be used for the research on the theoretical ancient books of TCM.
