摘　　要：目的观察补肾填精方联合西药治疗再生障碍性贫血(AA)的临床疗效,分析治疗有效患者的临床特征。方法选取2018年9月-2021年3月中国中医科学院附属西苑医院、中国中医科学院广安门医院等19家医院的AA患者187例,在西药治疗基础上予补肾填精方免煎速溶颗粒,3个月为1个疗程,连续服用2个疗程,观察患者临床疗效,分析基本痊愈、缓解及明显进步患者的临床因素特点。结果治疗过程中脱落23例、剔除3例。基本痊愈6例(3.7%),缓解28例(17.5%),明显进步125例(77.6%),总有效率为98.8%(159/161)。一般资料分析显示,男性、慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)、无合并病者,补肾填精方联合西药治疗更易获得疗效(P<0.05)。血常规分析显示,治疗前血红蛋白(HGB)≥40 g/L且数值越高、血小板(PLT)≥10×10^(9)/L且数值越高,补肾填精方联合西药治疗AA易获得疗效(P<0.05)。骨穿结果分析显示,治疗前有骨髓小粒或有核细胞增生低下更易获效(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,治疗前HGB越高,补肾填精方联合西药治疗AA疗效越好。结论补肾填精方联合西药治疗AA疗效显著,男性、CAA、无合并病,HGB≥40 g/L且数值越高、PLT≥10×10^(9)/L且数值越高,有骨髓小粒或有核细胞增生低下者采用补肾填精方联合西药治疗更易取得疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Tianjing Prescription in the treatment of aplastic anemia(AA)patients;To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients who responded to treatment.Methods Totally 187 AA patients from September 2018 to March 2021 from 19 hospitals including Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and Guang’anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were selected.On the basis of Western medicine treatment,the instant granules of Bushen Tianjing Prescription were given for 3 months as a course of treatment,and 2 courses of treatment were taken in a row.The clinical efficacy of the patients was observed,and the clinical factors and characteristics of the patients who are basically cured,relieved and significantly improved after treatment were analyzed.Results During the treatment,23 cases were lost and 3 cases were excluded.6 cases(3.7%)were basically cured,28 cases(17.5%)were relieved,and 125 cases(77.6%)were significantly improved.The total effective rate was 98.8%(159/161).The analysis of general data showed that male,chronic aplastic anemia(CAA),and no comorbidities were more likely to achieve curative effect with Bushen Tianjing Prescription combined with Western medicine(P<0.05).The results of blood routine analysis before treatment showed that when the hemoglobin(HGB)was≥40 g/L and HGB was higher,and the platelets(PLT)were≥10×10^(9)/L and PLT were higher,the Bushen Tianjing Prescription combined with Western medicine was easy to obtain curative effect in the treatment of AA(P<0.05).The analysis of bone biopsy results before treatment showed that with bone marrow granules or low nucleated cell proliferation were more likely to be effective(P<0.05).The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the higher the HGB before treatment,the better the effect of Bushen Tianjing Prescription combined with Western medicine in the treatment of AA.Conclusion Bushen Tianjing Prescription combined with Western medicine has obvious e
