摘  要:再灌注是心肌缺血的首选治疗方式,但其恢复血流灌注的同时,又为心脑组织带来了新的损伤,对患者治疗效果及康复预后造成了严重影响。因此,减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤已成为当前迫切需要解决的重点课题。现阶段,临床关于心肌缺血再灌注损伤的相关研究已取得初步进展,其防治靶点可涉及氧化应激、细胞内钙超载、线粒体通透性转换孔开放及内皮细胞受损等方面,现本文对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的发生机制及治疗方式进行阐述,以期指导后续研究。Reperfusion is the preferred treatment for myocardial ischemia,but it not only restores blood perfusion,but also brings new damage to the heart and brain tissue,which has a serious impact on the therapeutic effect and rehabilitation prognosis of patients.Therefore,reducing myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury has become an urgent issue to be solved.At present,the clinical research on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury has made preliminary progress,and its prevention and treatment targets can involve oxidative stress,intracellular calcium overload,mitochondrial permeability transition pore opening,and endothelial cell damage.In this paper,the pathogenesis and treatment methods of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury are expounded in order to guide the subsequent research.
