摘 要:针对绿色建筑优化改造过程中整体效益研究单一、不全面的问题,提出一种基于SD的增量成本效益的综合分析模型。本文基于系统动力学构建绿色建筑优化改造增量成本效益的仿真模型,从经济角度分析绿色建筑优化方案的可行性,并进行相关因素的敏感性分析。通过构建增量成本子系统和节能经济效益、环境效益及社会效益的子系统,将优化改造方案的经济参数,按照节能设备使用的寿命确定仿真模拟周期,得到周期内增量成本、增量效益以及增量成本效益的变化曲线图。实际案例结果分析表明,所建立的模型有利于绿色建筑改造成本和效益综合分析,并为绿色建筑改造方案的可行性和经济效果分析提供了一种新的思路。Aiming at the problem of single and incomplete research on overall benefits in the process of green building optimization and renovation, a comprehensive analysis model of incremental cost-benefit based on SD is proposed. Based on system dynamics, this paper constructed a simulation model of incremental cost-effectiveness of green building optimization and transformation, analyzed the feasibility of green building optimization scheme from an economic point of view, and analyzed the sensitivity of relevant factors. By constructing the incremental cost subsystem and the subsystem of energy-saving economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit, the economic parameters of the transformation scheme will be optimized, the simulation cycle will be determined according to the service life of energy-saving equipment, and the change curves of incremental cost, incremental benefit and incremental cost benefit in the cycle will be obtained. The actual case results show that the established model is conducive to the comprehensive analysis of the cost and benefit of green building transformation, and providing a new idea for the feasibility and economic effect analysis of green building transformation scheme.
