摘　　要：随着建筑信息化的发展,BIM技术已广泛应用在建筑工程设计阶段,但由于建筑工程结构设计涉及众多国产结构计算软件,数据交换问题成为BIM技术深度应用的阻碍。IFC是国际通用的BIM数据交换标准,但用于结构计算软件数据交换时,存在着数据缺失、失真等不足,无法满足实际项目需求。通过研究IFC数据标准,针对性分析结构初步设计和施工图设计的数据交换需求,提出并建立企业级建筑工程结构设计BIM数据交换标准基本框架体系,并从实际设计需求出发,分别定义数据类型和数据实体,最终形成《CSWADI结构设计数字化交换标准SIM(Structural Design Information Exchange Model)》。此外,基于本标准研发PKPM,YJK等结构计算软件的数据接口,实现结构设计数据交换,并以四川省成都市某住宅项目为例,验证了本研究成果。With the development of building industry informatization,BIM has been widely used in the design stage.However,due to the enormous software involved in structural design,data interoperability has become an obstacle to the in-depth application of BIM technology.IFC is an international BIM data interoperability standard,but for Chinese domestic structural computing software,shortcomings such as data missing and distortion lead to the failure of actual project requirements.Based on the research of IFC standard,this paper analyzed the data interoperability requirements of preliminary structural design and construction drawing design,proposed and established the basic framework system of BIM data interoperability standard for enterprise level building structural design,defined data types and data entities based on the actual design requirements,and finally compiled CSWADI Structural Design Information Exchange Model(SIM)Standard.In addition,the data interface of PKPM,YJK and other structural computing software was developed based on SIM standard to realize the data interoperability of structural design.The results of this study were verified by a residential project in Chengdu,Sichuan Province.
