烘烤通风对轨道车辆胶合板TVOC衰减效果的测试分析

摘　　要：为筛选较优的胶合板总挥发性有机物(TVOC)衰减方法,对比分析胶合板TVOC常用衰减方法,并对不同的烘烤通风处理措施开展测试。详细阐述(TVOC)衰减效果测试方案。通过分析测试结果,得出如下结论:胶合板采取70℃烘烤6 h后,室外(25℃左右)继续通风晾放15天的处理措施,可显著降低胶合板TVOC含量。In order to screen the better attenuation methods of total volatile organic compounds(TVOC)of plywood,the common attenuation methods of TVOC of plywood are compared and analyzed,and different baking and ventila⁃tion treatment measures are tested.The test scheme of TVOC attenuation effect is described in detail.By analyzing the test results,the following conclusions are drawn,the content of TVOC can be significantly reduced by taking the treatment measures of baking plywood at 70℃for six hours and continuing ventilation and airing outdoors(about 25℃)for fifteen days.
