体教融合背景下高校竞技体育人才培养的困境与对策研究

摘　　要：随着“体教融合”的提出,体育与教育再次成为了热点课题。体育作为教育的重要组成部分,其作用无可替代,而竞技体育又在体育中扮演着重要角色。文章以“体教融合”为背景,探讨了现阶段高校竞技体育人才培养的困境,针对“学训矛盾”、生源特点差异、教练员执教环境不理想、相关部门职能不协同等问题提出了解决对策,即协调学训关系、优化招生考核制度、健全教练员的晋升体系以及形成育人合力。With the proposal of"the integration of sports and education",sports and education have once again become a hot topic.As an important part of education,sports have an irreplaceable role,and competitive sports play an important role in sports.Based on the proposal above,the paper discusses the current predicament of the cultivation of competitive sports talents in colleges,and puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems such as"contradiction between learning and training",differences in the characteristics of students,unsatisfactory teaching environment for coaches,and uncoordinated functions of relevant departments,that is,to coordinate the relationship between learning and training,optimize the enrollment assessment system,improve the assessment system,improve the promotion system of coaches,and form a joint force for education.
