摘  要:采用欧拉两相流模型和标准的k-ε湍流模型,建立了一种喷射型分配器的数学模型。在对喷射型分配器基本构型进行模拟分析的基础上,从操作弹性和物性适应性等角度分析了分配器的性能,分析了液相密度、液相黏度和气相密度对分配器性能的影响。结果表明:喷射型分配器能够适应液相进料在某套加氢工艺装置设计负荷的60%~110%范围内的波动;分配器对气-液相物性的适应性较好,能够适用于高黏度油品,当液相密度低于800 kg/m^(3)、气相密度低于30 kg/m^(3)时,能够实现良好的液相分布效果。The mathematical model of the jet distributor was established by using the Euler two-phase flow and the standard turbulence models.Based on the simulation analysis of the basic configuration of the jet distributor,the performance of the distributor was analyzed from the Angle of operating elasticity and physical property of the system.The analysis of operation elasticity shows that the jet distributor can adapt to the design load of a set of hydrogenation process device in the range of 60%—110%of normal operating conditions.The effects of liquid density,liquid viscosity and gas density on the performance of the distributor were analyzed respectively.The results show that the jet distributor has good adaptability to the gas and liquid properties,and can be applied to high viscosity oil.When the liquid density is less than 800 kg/m^(3) and the gas density is less than 30 kg/m^(3),it can achieve good liquid distribution effect.
