摘　　要：接发列车作业是指为了保证列车运行安全,在列车接入(通过)车站和由车站出发时,按照规定的程序办理接发列车的必要作业,是车站行车工作的基本内容。为满足现场作业实际需求,制定TB/T30001—2020 《铁路接发列车作业》。介绍标准制定背景、制定原则、主要技术内容,以便标准使用者更好地理解和实施TB/T 30001—2020。Receiving and departing Trains is the necessary operation in accordance with the prescribed procedures when a train enters(passes) a station and departs from the station in order to guarantee the safety in train operation,which is the basic content of trains handled at station. To meet the actual needs of field operation, TB/T 30001—2020Operating of receiving and departing trains is formulated. This paper introduces the standard formulation background,formulation principles and main technical contents, so that standard users can better understand and implement TB/T30001—2020.
