电镀锡溶液中游离酸和二价锡离子联合测定的研究

摘　　要：讨论了自动电位滴定法同时测定电镀锡溶液中游离酸和二价锡离子的试验方法,主要试验论证了电镀锡溶液中锡泥对检测的影响,以及二价锡和游离酸检测的影响因素,讨论了试验过程中酸度和试验参数选择对检测结果的影响。试验验证结果的准确性说明了该方法具有检测精度高、重复性好且滴定剂稳定的优点,其RSD均小于2%。所以采用自动滴定仪检测该项目来提升劳动效率。This paper discusses the experimental method of automatic potentiometric titration for simultaneous determination of free acid and tin divalent ion in electroplating tin solution.The main experiments demonstrate the influence of tin mud on detection,the influencing factors of tin divalent and free acid detection in electroplating tin solution.The influence of acidity and experimental parameter selection on the detection results was discussed.The accuracy of the experimental results proved that the method has the advantages of high detection accuracy,good repeatability and stable titrant,RSD are all less than 2%.Therefore,automatic titrator to detect this project to improve labor efficiency is adopted.
