观察盐酸舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症伴失眠患者的临床效果及对睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察盐酸舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症伴失眠患者的临床效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2020年6月宁德市康复医院收治的抑郁症伴失眠患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予盐酸舍曲林进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合给予阿戈美拉汀进行治疗,采用抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)对2组患者的抑郁情况进行比较,采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)对2组患者治疗前后的睡眠质量进行比较,同时比较2组患者的治疗有效率。结果:经过8周的治疗,观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,观察组SDS评分、PSQI评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用盐酸舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀对抑郁症伴失眠患者进行治疗,相对于单纯采用盐酸舍曲林能够有效提高患者的治疗效果,缓解患者的临床症状,提高患者的生命质量,对患者的睡眠质量起到较为积极的促进作用,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of sertraline hydrochloride combined with agomelatine in the treatment of depression patients with insomnia and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 80 patients with depression and insomnia admitted to Ningde Rehabilitation Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given sertraline hydrochloride for treatment,and the observation group was combined with agomelatine for treatment on the basis of the control group.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)was used to compare the depression between 2 groups.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the Sleep Quality of 2 groups before and after treatment,and compare the treatment efficiency at the same time.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment response rate was significantly higher in the observation group than that of the control group,the SDS score and PSQI score were significantly lower than that of the observation group,and the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Use of sertraline hydrochloride combined argonaut Melanesia dean treating patients with insomnia with depression compared with pure with sertraline hydrochloride can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients,alleviate the patient′s clinical symptoms,improve the life quality of patients,lays a positive role in promoting the sleep quality of patients with insomnia,worthy of clinical use.
