摘　　要：目的:探讨动态脑电图与剥夺睡眠脑电图在小儿癫痫诊断当中的效果。方法:选取2017年7月至2020年7月谷城县人民医院诊断为小儿癫痫的患儿180例作为研究对象,分别使用剥夺睡眠脑电图和动态脑电图进行诊断。比较2种方法的诊断效果。结果:动态脑电图癫痫放电检出率为62.78%,剥夺睡眠脑电图癫痫放电检出率51.67%,2种方法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1~3岁患儿的癫痫放电检出率较高的诊断方法为剥夺睡眠脑电图,而动态脑电图在各个年龄段患儿中的检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在小儿癫痫诊断中,动态脑电图的检出率、灵敏度和特异性均比剥夺睡眠脑电图高,在各个年龄段的癫痫患儿中均适用。剥夺睡眠脑电图更适用于1~3岁癫痫患儿的诊断,在临床诊断中应根据患儿自身情况选择适用的诊断方法。Objective:To explore the effect of AEEG and sleep deprivation EEG in the diagnosis of epilepsy in children and the influence of sleep quality.Methods:180 children with epilepsy diagnosed in Gucheng County People′s Hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was diagnosed by sleep deprivation electroencephalogram,and the observation group was diagnosed by ambulatory electroencephalogram.Objective to compare the effect of ambulatory electroencephalogram(aEEG)and sleep deprivation electroencephalogram(aEEG)in the diagnosis of epilepsy in children and the influence of sleep quality.Results:The detection rate of epileptic discharge in the observation group was 63.3%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(51.9%)(P<0.05).The detection rate of epileptic discharge in children aged 1-3 years was higher by sleep deprivation electroencephalogram,but there was no significant difference in the detection rate of ambulatory electroencephalogram among children of different ages.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of epilepsy in children,the detection rate,sensitivity and specificity of AEEG are higher than that of sleep deprivation EEG,which is applicable to all age groups of children with epilepsy.Sleep deprivation EEG is more suitable for the diagnosis of 1-3-year-old children with epilepsy.
