细节护理对重症监护室患者负性情绪与睡眠质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨细节护理对重症监护室患者负性情绪与睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1—12月厦门大学附属第一医院重症监护室收治的患者124例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者在对照组护理的基础上采用细节护理,比较2组患者护理前后的焦虑、抑郁情况和睡眠质量。结果:与护理前比较,2组患者的SAS和SDS评分均降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);护理前,2组患者的焦虑和抑郁发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),护理后,2组患者焦虑和抑郁发生率均下降,观察组下降幅度大于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者PSQI总分和各项评分低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:细节护理可减少或缓解重症监护室患者的负性情绪,提高患者的睡眠质量,有利于临床治疗,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of detail nursing on negative emotion and sleep quality of ICU patients.Methods:A total of 124 cases of ICU patients from Jan.to Dec.in 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given detailed nursing on the basis of the control group.To compare the anxiety,depression and sleep of the two groups before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,The difference of the SAS and SDS scores of the control group and the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05)and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The difference of the anxiety of the two groups was statistically significant and the anxiety degree of the observation group was lighter than that of the control group.The difference of the depression situation of the two groups was statistically significant.The difference of the observation group was also significantly different and the degree of depression was less than that of the control group.The incidence of sleep disorders and PSQI sleep total score in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detail nursing can reduce the negative emotion of ICU patients,improve the sleep quality of patients,and is conducive to clinical treatment.
