摘  要:分别将不同聚氧乙烯链长的松香胺聚氧乙烯醚和氢化松香醇聚氧乙烯醚作为分散剂应用于永固紫颜料色浆中,以着色力为标准探究了不同聚氧乙烯链长对永固紫颜料分散效果及分散稳定性的影响。结果表明两类松香基聚氧乙烯醚对永固紫均具有良好的润湿性;并且氢化松香醇聚氧乙烯醚的分散稳定性随着EO数减少而下降,松香胺聚氧乙烯醚则呈现与之相反的规律。The rosin amine polyoxyethylene ethers and hydrogenated rosin alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers with different polyoxyethylene chain lengths were respectively applied to the permanent violet pigment color dispersion,and the color strength was used as the standard to explore the effect of different polyoxyethylene chain lengths on the dispersion efficacy and dispersion stability.Results showed both rosin based polyoxyethylene ethers showed good wettability to Permanent Violet,and the dispersion stability decreased as the number of EO number decreased when hydrogenated rosin alcohol polyoxyethylene ether was used as a dispersant,while rosin amine polyoxyethylene ether showed the opposite rule.
