摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出Dy^(3+),Eu^(3+)共掺杂Gd_(2)ZnTiO_(6)白光荧光粉.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光致发光(PL)光谱对荧光粉的物相、形貌及荧光性质进行了表征.结果表明,所制备的样品均为双钙钛矿结构,属于单斜晶系(空间群:P21/n),形貌为2~5μm无规则形状的颗粒.在392 nm近紫外光的激发下,Gd_(2)ZnTiO_(6)∶Dy^(3+),Eu^(3+)荧光粉展现出Dy^(3+)的蓝光、黄光发射以及Eu^(3+)的特征红光发射.此外,通过调节Dy^(3+)和Eu^(3+)的掺杂浓度,可实现低色温的暖白光发射.基于样品优异的荧光性能,该荧光粉在近紫外激发白光LED中具有一定的开发潜力.Dy^(3+),Eu^(3+) codoped Gd_(2)ZnTiO_(6) white light-emitting phosphors were prepared by a facile sol-gel method.The phase,morphology and optical properties of these phosphors were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and photo-luminescence(PL)spectroscopy.The results showed that the obtained Dy^(3+),Eu^(3+) codoped perovskite Gd_(2)ZnTiO_(6)∶Dy^(3+),Eu^(3+) phosphors crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n and were composed of irregular particles with the size of 2-5μm.Under the excitation of 392 nm near-UV light,Gd_(2)ZnTiO_(6)∶Dy^(3+),Eu^(3+) phosphors exhibited not only yellow and blue luminescence of Dy^(3+),but also characte-ristic red emissions of Eu^(3+).Besides,the obtained samples achieved warm white-light emissions with lower correlated color temperature values by changing the doping concentration of Dy^(3+) and Eu^(3+) ions.Based on their excellent fluores⁃cence properties,Gd_(2)ZnTiO_(6)∶Dy^(3+),Eu^(3+) phosphors have potential application in UV-pumped white light-emitting devices.
