摘 要:针对汽车底盘异响的问题,从螺栓连接原理出发,通过理论计算及试验相结合的方法,分析出螺栓力矩衰减的因素,对相关的变量进行调整测试,通过试验和实车模拟找出相应的解决方案。提高了汽车的操作稳定性、安全性和舒适性。所采用的研究方法对悬架结构设计提供了一些思路和经验,适用于受多种因素影响时汽车异响的排查处理。Aiming at the problem of abnormal noise of automobile chassis,starting from the principle of bolt connection,through the method of combining theoretical calculation and experiment,the factors of bolt torque attenuation are analyzed,the relevant variables are adjusted and tested,and the corresponding results are found through experiments and real vehicle simulations solution.The stability,safety and comfort of the car's operation are improved.The adopted research method provides some ideas and experience for the suspension structure design,and is suitable for the investigation and treatment of abnormal noise of the automobile when it is affected by a variety of factors.
