摘  要:电子节气门中机械结构存在多种非线性因素,对节气门开度控制的精度和响应具有显著影响。论文分析了节气门机械结构中的复位弹簧转矩特性、进气气流冲击力矩特性、节气门库伦粘滑摩擦力矩特性,构建了电子节气门控制系统的节气门开度控制原理,推导了电子节气门体的转矩传递过程,建立了节气门驱动电机、电机轴、节气门轴的动力学方程,从而创建了节气门执行机构的状态空间模型。推导了节气门状态空间模型的各个系数的计算公式,通过动态特性分析辨识了某款电子节气门状态空间模型中的各个参数。构建的节气门执行机构状态空间模型,为电子节气门快速精确控制提供了理论依据和方法。There are many nonlinear factors in the mechanical structure of electronic throttle,which is the key technical problem affecting throttle control.The control principle of the electronic throttle control system is analyzed.The torque transmission process of the electronic throttle body is deducted.The nonlinear factors and their respective characteristics in the throttle mechanical structure,such as return spring,air flow impact,coulomb stick slip friction and so on,are puts forward.The key parameters of electronic throttle are identified,and the dynamic equation throttle drive motor,motor shaft,throttle shaft and state space model of electronic throttle system are established.The coefficients in the state space model of typical throttle actuator are calculated.Various parameters in a certain electronic throttle state space model were identified through dynamic characteristic analysis.The state space model of throttle actuator provides a theoretical basis and method for rapid and accurate control of electronic throttle.
