摘 要:目前各大车企的实际生产过程,焊装车间已覆盖全自动化生产,在产能释放过程中,难免会出现抓手定位销与夹具定位销卡件,造成生产暂停的情况。文章阐述了抓手及夹具台定位理论,梳理了生产过程中抓手与夹具台定位销卡销问题实际案例。详细论述生产过程中抓手、夹具台定位销卡件问题的分析思路和解决方法。该方法也在实际中多次被验证可行。In the current production process of large automobile companies,the welding workshop has been covered with fully automatic production,in the process of production release,it is inevitable that there will be gripper positioning pins and fixture positioning pins card pin a situation in which production cannot continue.The paper expounds the positioning theory of gripping hands and clamps,and grasping the hand and clamping station positioning pin card pin problem practical cases.The analysisof the grasping hand,fixture positioning pin card problem in the process of production and of the its solution is discussed in detail.This method has also been verified many times in practice.
