摘　　要：马克思主义法学中国化是对马克思主义法学在当代中国的继承和发展,立足当代中国法治建设的最大实际,马克思主义法学中国化的核心任务是回答好“什么是社会主义法治、如何建设社会主义法治”的重大命题。中国社会主义法治探索、实践的历程充分证明,科学地推进社会主义法治建设、深化社会主义法治实践是贯穿于马克思主义法学中国化历程的根本主题。The localization of Marxist jurisprudence is the inheritance and development of Marxist jurisprudence in contemporary China.Based on the reality of contemporary China’s law construction,the core task of the localization of Marxist jurisprudence in China is to answer the major propositions of“what is socialist rule of law and how to build socialist rule of law”.The course of China*s exploration and practice of socialist rule of law also fully proves that the fundamental theme throughout the course of the localization of Marxist jurisprudence is how to scientifically promote the construction and deepen the practice of socialist rule of law.
