乡村振兴战略下延边朝鲜族自治州乡村旅游扶贫实现路径及长效机制研究

摘　　要：乡村旅游是民族地区经济发展的新生动力,也是实现乡村振兴的重要突破口。通过对延边朝鲜族自治州乡村旅游扶贫、脱贫的过程进行梳理,分析延边州乡村旅游扶贫的绿色观光、休闲体验、产业协同、混合发展的四种主要模式,可以归纳出延边州因地制宜,精准识别、深入挖掘民族内涵、提升乡村旅游品质、创新营销模式,以及多渠道吸引资金、注重人才培养的乡村旅游扶贫发展路径。在新时代背景下,延边州应通过统筹旅游规划,融入乡村振兴大格局;完善机制,推动乡村经济全面振兴;加强监测,提升自身发展能力,构建长效发展机制,以此推动乡村旅游扶贫成果与乡村振兴战略的有机结合。Rural tourism is a new driving force for the economic development of ethnic areas;it is also an important breakthrough for the realization of rural revitalization.By sorting out the process of poverty alleviation through rural tourism in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,this paper analyzes the four main modes of rural tourism poverty alleviation in Yanbian Prefecture,including green sightseeing,leisure experience,industrial synergy and mixed development.Meanwhile,it concludes the development path of rural tourism poverty alleviation in Yanbian Prefecture,which includes adapting measures to local conditions,accurately identifying and digging deeply into the ethnic connotation,improving the quality of rural tourism,innovating marketing models,attracting funds through multiple channels,and focusing on talent training.In the context of the new era,it is proposed to integrate tourism planning into the overall pattern of rural revitalization,improve the mechanism to promote comprehensive revitalization,strengthen monitoring and enhance their own development capabilities to build a long-term development mechanism,so as to promote the combination of rural tourism poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy.
