摘 要:西北某3 500 t/d水泥熟料生产线使用第三代篦冷机多年,存在机械故障率高、热工指标偏低等问题。采用PLUS辊破中置篦冷机整体替换原三代篦冷机的方案进行技改。技改后,篦冷机的各项性能指标均满足合同要求,并达到国内同规格生产线的先进水平,尤其是二次风温提高到1 200℃以上,烧成标煤耗降低了1.52 kg/t.cl,经济和环保效益凸出,达到了技改的预期。A 3500 t/d cement clinker production line in Northwest China has used the third-generation cooler for many years,which has problems such as high mechanical failure rate and low thermal index.The scheme of replacing the original cooler with plus roll breaking centered cooler is adopted for technical transformation,After the technical transformation,all performance indexes of the cooler meet the requirements of the contract and reach the advanced level of the domestic production line with the same specification,In particular,the secondary air temperature is increased to more than 1200℃,the coal consumption is reduced by 1.52 kg/t.cl,and the cconomic and environmental benefits are prominent,reaching the expected period of the technical transformation.
